Design, construct and install sand based soccer oval.
Full construction of ground, 3,500m sub-soil drainage with drainage gravel bands. Fully automatic irrigation system, laser grade all levels and maintain until handover.

North Hobart Football Ground - 1.7Ha
Design, construct and install sand based sports oval.
Full construction of oval including removal of 8,000m³ of exisitng material, 7,000m of sub-soil drainage with gravel bands. Fully automatic irrigation system with soil moisture sensing. 6,500m³ of sand profile growing medium, Stalok turf grids stabilised playing surface, laser grade all levels and maintain until handover.

Design, construct and install sand based cricket and sports soccer oval.
Full construction of oval including 10,500m sub-soil drainage, including gravel sand banding, sand profile, growing medium, fully automatic irrigation system, laser grade all playing surface levels and maintain until handover.

Design, construct and install two sand based sports ovals.
Full construction of both ovals including sand profile growing medium, full re-use of drainage water/automatic irrigation system, Stalok turf grids stabilised playing surfaces, laser grade levels, centre turf cricket pitches, practice turf and synthetic cricket pitches, 22,000m of sub-soil drainage, seeding, grow-in and maintain until handover.
